Company and contact
AGGREGATIVE VALUE SOLUTIONS AGGVAL LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company. Its full legal and contact information is published on the Company Information page.

Our role
AggVal is responsible for personal data used to manage enquiries, accounts, subscriptions, billing and its own business operations.
When a customer stores personal data about residents, employees, clients, suppliers or other third parties in an AggVal product, the customer determines the purpose of that processing and AggVal processes the data on the customer's instructions to provide the service.

Depending on the service, we may collect:

- account identifiers, authentication data and user preferences;
- subscription, invoice, payment status and transaction references;
- information submitted to a product or supplied for consulting, implementation, support or integration work;
- device, browser, IP address, request, diagnostic, security and usage logs;
- communications with support, sales or administration.
Payment processors collect and handle payment-card details under their own privacy terms. AggVal does not intentionally store complete card numbers or card security codes.

We use personal data to:
- respond to enquiries and provide requested information;
- create and administer accounts;
- deliver, maintain, secure and support products and services;
- process subscriptions, payments, invoices and accounting records;
- diagnose errors, prevent fraud and investigate abuse or incidents;

We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.
Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing is based on performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, compliance with legal obligations, or consent when required.
Service providers and disclosures
We may share only the data reasonably necessary with providers that support hosting, infrastructure, email, customer support, analytics, accounting, fraud prevention and payment processing. These providers process data for the contracted purpose and are subject to their own legal and security obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with the person's authorization.
International processing
AggVal serves customers internationally. Data may be processed in the United States, the European Union or other countries where AggVal or its service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, account, support, security, contractual, accounting or legal purpose for which it was collected. Billing and tax records are retained for the legally required period. Product-specific retention or recovery periods may be stated in the applicable product or agreement.
When data is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymized or allowed to expire from active systems and backups according to normal retention cycles.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted transmission where supported, credential protection, logging and restricted administrative access. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Report a suspected privacy or security incident to contact@aggval.com.
Cookies and local storage
Our sites and products may use cookies or equivalent browser storage that are necessary for authentication, security, language selection and user preferences. Blocking essential storage may prevent parts of the service from working.
Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies will be disclosed and, where required, enabled only after consent.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal data, and to withdraw consent. Send a request to contact@aggval.com. We may verify identity before completing it and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
